   If you want to spice up your life add some roots, barks and spices to your diet. They benefit your health as well as your taste bud by keeping your Heart healthy,  clear your Arteries and so much more.
   In Nigeria spices are mostly used for stews,soup and drinks because of their awesome flavour and tastes. Lots of people use spices mainly for the purpose of food and drink without knowing the health benefits of such spices.

1. CINNAMON - Cinnamon manages blood sugar levels, lower cholesterol and clears the Arteries. Cinnamon also kills bacteria
