    Water is the main component of the human body. Adequate and regular water consumption has numerous health benefits. Experts recommend drinking 8 glasses of water each day to maintain good health. It has no calories, fat or sugar, and as such has no negative side effects unlike sugary drinks that comes with numerous health hazards. To make it more enjoyable you can add a squirt of lemon, few sprigs of fresh mint, a squeeze of lime, a cucumber or orange slice or even watermelon. The amount of water you consume everyday plays an important role in maintaining a healthy body. Checkout some of the benefits of healthy water consumption.

   Fatigue is one of the first symptoms of dehydration.  Inadequate consumption of water can make someone often feel tired, because the body tends to function less efficiently.
